Returns

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Exchanges
